I hit my head on a light fixture a few days ago.When i woke up this morning my left eye was swollen and the knot on my head was bigger.I cleaned it with alcohol and squeezed it i had a bunch of puss come out so i put neosporin and a bandaid.Should I see a Dr.

Yes. You should see a doctor right away. If you can not see your primary care MD this afternoon then go to the ER.

It sounds like you have a pretty serious infection that might need antibiotics.....much more than neosporin....
