Ask an Eye Doctor and Get an Answer ASAP
Sorry to know about the eye injury.
I need a few details regarding this.
What is your age?
Are you short sighted? Do you wear spectacles or contact lenses?
Is the blurring only for distance or both for distance and near?
Is it associated with pain?
Any double vision with both eyes open?
I look forward to your replies. This is just an information request.Thank you
I was looking forward to your replies. Since you haven't replied back it looks like you are busy or offline.
If the vision has gradually recovered back in the last one hour or so then I guess there is nothing to worry.
However in case the vision has remained blurred in that eye even after an hour or so then I guess it is better to get the eye examined by an ophthalmologist for a closer look and detailed evaluation. There can be many causes for blurred vision following an eye injury and require a detailed eye exam .
Giving you the list of likely causes based only on one symptom would not be appropriate as it would cause unnecessary apprehension and anxiety and worry. Hence it is better to get the eye examined the first thing tomorrow morning if the vision continues to remain blurred even now.
