My daughter is 19years old; she has autism, Tourette syndrome, and ocd, she woke up with her eyes crossed. She was taken to er. I asked if she had a stroke. I was told no. Because she didn't have any other symptoms. What could be the cause

it is essentially a muscle imbalance and often there is no identifiable cause.

However, it can be from thyroid disease.

She needs to have her thyroid hormones checked.

This would not be uncommon.

Also brain problems, which apparently have been ruled out.
