No pic & actually today it's very small & unnoticeable. It comes & goes

That sounds like it could be a fluid filled cyst. In the vast majority of cases, these are nothing to worry about.

If you consult with an ophthalmologist, she will be able to tell you what is going on and, if you want, probably be able to remove it in her office.
