Customer Question

I woke up this morning and had a lot of mucus in one of my eyes. I cleaned it and still having a lot of mucus buildup. It's not just watering but more of a mucus substance. It's only in one eye. I also have a bit of a stuffy nose on the same side as my
eye irritation. Could this just be a cold or allergy, or something more serious that I may need to see a doctor for?

sounds like an infection
I would see the doctor to see if you need antibiotics for this
an antibiotic drop would likely do the trick

can I wait a day or so to see if it resolves on it's own? or should I make an appointment right away? and what kind of doctor should I see?

as long as you don't have vision loss or sensitivity to light it can wait
