It sounds to me like you had a significant panic attack over this incident.
I do not believe, from what you have posted, that any damage has been done to your eye. Since everything is back to normal and you do not have any eye pain I do not think you need to worry at all.
Of course, the best way to be 110% sure is to have a complete eye exam by an ophthalmologist
