I think I scratched the cornea of my left eye when a leaf

This answer was rated:

I think I scratched the cornea of my left eye when a leaf from a ginger plant came under my glasses. It is sore. What can I do to make feel better?
Doctor DanB : Hello and thanks for your question. Are you available to chat?

Is this going to cost me more?

Doctor DanB : The cornea is one of the fastest healing parts of the body. I suspect what's next 48 to 72 hours you'll be feeling nearly back to normal. However in the meantime, I recommend using cool compresses liberally on the eyes, frequent use of artificial tears such as 4 to 5 times per day, lubricating eye appointment in that I needed, and -Tylenol and or ibuprofen for pain. Does this make sense?
Doctor DanB : No, no extra cost.

Thank you very much.

Doctor DanB : You bet. Do you have any other questions about this?
