Welcome to Just Answer

What is the nature of the vision problem? Is it a decrease in vision in one or both eyes? Sudden or gradual in onset? Any history of diabetes/glaucoma?

What is the site of the pinched nerve? Since you have tried chiropractic treatment it is to be assumed that it was for a low back problem , am I right?

Perhaps a little insight into the details of the visual problem could have helped a lot. In general a pinched nerve( anywhere along the spinal cord-back) would not cause any visual problem as the nerves responsible for good vision are the optic nerves ( from eyes to the brain- nowhere near the spinal cord at all).
