I have SHARP pain in my left eyeball that comes and goes.

Resolved Question:

I have SHARP pain in my left eyeball that comes and goes. No injury, no redness, etc. It feels deep inside my eye. Should I worry?

There are a number of things that can cause intermittant, sharp pains in and around the eye. The most common is some type of sinus issue. As the possible diagnosis' are so large I would suggest you see an ophthalmologist for a complete eye examination.

Yes, it can, however ocular issues associated with MS do not usually involve pain.
