Resolved Question:

After having a Corneal Fuchs Transplant two weeks ago, my eye waters a lot when using the computer or reading. Will this hurt the healing or should I limit the reading and the computer time?

Welcome to Just Answer

It is better to restrict the use of computer or reading at least till 6 weeks post transplantation so as to let the wound heal completely. Though it does not directly contribute to delayed healing , but it does predispose the eyes to dry eyes . You can instill Refresh tears eye drops 4 times a day for dry eyes. You will need to continue the steroid eye drops as prescribed for 6 weeks.

Thanks and best wishes
