These numbers make no sense when i try to order glasses, can you help me understand these numbers please? Thank you

Right Eye:
Sphere (SPH) -0.75
Cylinder (CYL) +0.50
Axis 160

Left Eye:
Sphere (SPH) -0.50
Cylinder (CYL) +0.50
Axis 33

PD=Pupillary distance
right is 30 mm and left is 31 mm
