Is it present in both eyes or just one?

Customer: replied 7 years ago.
Just one... its just under the eyelid in the very inner portion of the eye. Looks like a white head pimple, small and no inflammation or irritation
Expert:  Dr.S Riaz replied 7 years ago.

Is it present on the white of the eye or on the undersurface of the lid?

Is it fleshy looking or it is like a bump?

Customer: replied 7 years ago.

looks like a small white bump, exactly what you would see on the head of a pimple (white head) thats ready to be popped

Oh and its right on the inner carnucle / not the eye ball.

It looks like you have a mild infection in that area. Another possibility is that you are referring to plica semilunaris which is a vestigeal organ in that area of the eye. It does not seem to be a cause for concern. There may be slight itching. If yes, you can use an anti-biotic drop like Vigamox for a few days. You can see an ophthalmologist to confirm the diagnosis. Thanks and best wishes.

Just to confirm... its on the carnucle of the eye...
Expert:  Dr.S Riaz replied 7 years ago.

It could be on the caruncle of the eye or just adjacent to it. Thanks.
