Do give some more information regarding your question-
- since when is the watering present?
- do you have any other symptoms like discharge, seeing blurred or seeing haloes from the eye?
- any recent episode of fever, cough, cold?
- have you had similar symptoms before also?

This can be a tear duct blockage. But in that case, usually some amount of discharge starts caming out of the inner corner of the eye, after 1-2 days. Considering your symptoms, the possibiities in your case can be -
- tear duct blockage
- a mild injury to the eye due a foreign body
- a viral conjunctivitis which starts typically in one eye. Presents initially with watering, followed by redness etc.
Initially, I would advise you to do a massage to open the tear duct if it is closed. The method of massage is press on the inner edge of eye with the finger and continue down on the lateral side of nose. You can also use lubricating eye drops like genteal/refresh tears etc(available over the counter) to take care of any injury and apply cold compresses. If your symptoms do not improve, then you might need to consult an Ophthalmologist for a first hand evaluation.
