Eye Dr. said not alergies but looked like infection. I have 1 sore eye lid (sore on inside) just slight bumb on outside of 1 this lid..but main problem are pinkish red eye balls ( should be white.) Both eyes are tired and vision in good but strained. Both eyes

You likely have a viral conjunctivitis. This often will resolve on its own over 1-2 weeks. Chilled artificial tears and cool compresses can help in addition to the Zylet which is a corticosteroid drop. If it worsens, let you eye doctor know.
