Customer Question

I have a white spot on the colored part of my eye that is getting larger. My eye gets red around the spot, and sometimes is painful with blurry vision.

If the white spot is actually on your Iris it could indicate inflammation or Iritis. If the white spot is next to the Iris on the Conjunctiva the possibilities are Episcleritis, particularly if the eye gets red around the spot.

I feel it is important for you to see an Ophthalmologist as both these conditions are painful and possibly damaging to your sight.

I hope this is helpful to answer your question.
