lt;p>HelloCustomer

First of all, you rinse as good as you can. Once the toxins are in there, its hard to get rid of. You will just have to treat the symptoms and let your body take care of it. Cool compresses will help with the swelling. Benadryl will help with the itching (but will make you drowsy). If the swelling is bad, you may need to see a doctor to get some steroids. It should go away pretty quickly though.

Hope this helps and thank you.
