What you are describing is termed "crocodile tears", or non-emotional tearing. This is due to an abnormal nerve development. The nerve going to your jaw or chewing muscles stimulate the nerve that causes tearing.

You may also be able to cause the tearing by moving your lower jaw from side to side. One of the treatments this would be to inject botox into your lacrimal gland that makes the tears. This is not a common procedure and you may need to consult with an oculoplastics specialist.
