I have a grey blur on my right eye,, if i cover my left eye

i have a grey blur on my right eye,, if i cover my left eye and see thru my right its like seeing thru a mist,, this happened on saturday,, and i still have it ,,

i am 40 years old ,, and no i have no trauma to my eye on the past and no to systemic diseases,, this is a first to me what is occuring to my right eye

It is very likely that you are having a retinal detachment in your eye which is an ophthlmologic emergency and you should see an ophthalmologist early to confirm it. I could be wrong as I have not seen you and a dilated fundus examination is required to confirm or rule it out. The other possibility could be vitreous hemorrhage which again is an ophthalmologic emergency. Retinal detachment is more likely. You can read about it by following this link -
