this almost certainly is a surface issue such as a very dry spot or even an abrasion. Conservative treatment may work. By this I mean, you get some Refresh PM ointment and place it in the effected eye several times a day. This will help the eye heal pretty quickly. If it is not back to normal by friday am, I would see any optometrist, if you cant find an ophthalmologist. Regards *****

Hello there
if you had thr typical glaucoma, you would have no symptoms. If you had uncontrolled glaucoma, where the pressure rises really high, the eye would be red, vision becomes blurred, the eye aches (not a sharp pain, more of a dull pressure sensation). An ulcerated lesion as you refer to it is basically an infection on the surface (corneal ulcer) and you would have similar symptoms as you have now but with a white spot on the cornea.
