Could my new 'transition' lenses be causing allergic redness

This answer was rated:

could my new 'transition' lenses be causing allergic redness and itching in my eyes?

Hello there

when did you get the new glasses? have you tried going without them to see if symptoms improve?

Customer: replied 8 years ago.

Got the new glasses nearly three wks ago.......I wear them all the time but have noticed when in the car and change to my old sunglasses there is relief.....hadn't made the connection.....I've used bottles of eye drops and made changes in areas I've been allergic to in the sizing in linens and clothing. Now, I'm betting its something to do with these lenses, just wondered if you'd heard of such.

Thanks for your problem with the site is on my end with my email.

Hello there

I have not heard of this issue before, perhaps you can inquire what the glasses are made of, typically they are polycarbonate and this is inert and does not cause allergies. I dont think it is the glasses, Regards ***** *****
