What exactly do you mean by a black eye? is the eyeball itself red ? or are you dealing with the eyelids themselves looking bruised? how old are you ? are you on any medications at all?

Hello there

it seems you had a broken capillary on your eyelid. If this continues to spread across the lid or impairs the vision at all, I want you to be seen by a doctor. If it heals and recurs in the future, I would want this to be checked out again. Otherwise, so long as you can see normally, have no double vision, you can simply watch this to make sure it is not worsening, Dr. Stevens
