The procedure to follow for the homologation of the title of Dentistry in Spain begins with the request of the interested party, addressed to the holder of the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport and presented, either electronically, or in any public registry of the General Administration of the State, CC. AA. and some of the Local Administrations. The amount for processing this application is € 163.22. Along with this form, the applicant must submit the following documentation:

Certified copy of your identification document.
Certified copy of the title that you want to approve or of the certification that accredits your expedition as well as the corresponding official translation, if necessary.
Certified copy of the academic certification of the studies carried out to obtain the degree. The official duration (in academic years) of the study plan, the subjects taken and the total hourly load of each one (in hours or in ECTS credits) must be stated. Once the application has been submitted, the Sub-Directorate General for Titles and Recognition of Qualifications will carry out the acts of instruction and will subsequently transfer it to the General Council of Dentists, which will issue a non-binding report within ten days.
