Hi Again. Even when you as a consumer could guide your claim at the closer consumer protection office here in Spain, your best choice is to manage it at the closer to the seller address because you will get a prompt answer. Even if you have to sue them at court you must manage there, so, its your best choice, start with a consumer´s claim, asking for a compensation also, or advise them you will sue them at court.
