I have €180,000 euros...

I have €180,000 euros in Santander bank account in Spain in my name only and I wish to move this money from my bank account in Spain to my HSBC bank in Qatar. Can I do this without getting any fines penalties from the Spanish tax office. This money that I am going to transfer is savings thar I recently transfered to Spain but I have decided I wish to move this money out of Spain into my hsbc bank in Qatar

I have but I want this clarified because I am concerned I might go this and get hit with penalties or fines from the Spanish tax authorities

I haven’t done anything yet as I am wanting to make sure I can do this without any penalties fines or anything else I might be unaware of

Hi. If you transfer the money to another account from you spanish tax office will say nothing as it was and it is your money from you The problem is to try in cash

Sorry I don’t fully understand what you mean as my question was if I transfer part or the whole €180,000 euros from my Santander bank in Spain to my HSBC bank account in Qatar would there be any fines for tax or penalties by me doing this from the Spanish tax authorities as its my money. This money was recently transfered to Spain from the sale of my house overseas in America but I now wish to transfer this money to my HSBC bank account in Qatar. I made no interest or gain on this money by having it In a bank in Spain or from the sale of the property I sold in America. I am not a Spanish national but i have recently in the last two months gained residency in Spain as I live there and I am a British national
