When I went to his bank they told me I was the primary benefactor and that he also had just recently put his daughters name on there to so all I had to do was bring in a copy of his death cert. When I came back I was told that my name had been removed from the account and they needed to talk to there legal dept. about this and they couldn't give me any information about my dad's account.
