I have the 2 wills the one up to 1 month before my fathers passing and the one the lady who says she is trustee gave me after my fathers passing every thing the same except her being nominated as trustee which I was never informed she filed I have never seen it in two years I sent her a demand for accounting and the trust document 60 dats ago and she isn't giving it I am sole benificary but she threatens me every time I ask for help my husband is sick and she wouldn't even by me groceries and said file bankrupt she sold one house my father said not to and she pays taxes on the house I own half of out my trust but I will says my dash girlfriend is living in . and again she threatens to pull me off as benificary I don't even see where the will or trust documents were ever filed besides the one she did sneaky and never said anything where she nominated herself trustee … read more
