A revocable living trust is entirely confidential until the maker dies and it becomes irrevocable. So you wouldn't be able to get a copy of the trust if the maker didn't want you to have one.. That is one of the primary reasons people set up trusts... because they are confidential until they are to be settled..

You could contact father as the trustee and ask him for a copy of the trust, but he wouldn't have any obligation to give you one..
