- When the tenant is evicted they are supposed to leave and take all of their property with them. Once the property is given back to the landlord, anything left in the property can be disposed of 5 days after the writ of possession is entered.
- Within that 5 days you need to make an effort to turn over the property to the tenant and tell them if they do not take their property it will be disposed of.
