I am very sorry for your loss. I apologize, but I do not understand how a TAA lease would help retrieve the belongings. It only provides an agreement between the tenant and the landlord as I recall. I'm going to review it again to be certain that nothing in the lease can help. Was the lease all the manager wanted?
