Your Question:

I found a deed (This Indenture) with my name Bruce L. Matolich, Walter and Lorraine Matolich (Father and Mother), and my Deceased Brother Dennis J. Matolich from back in 1982. But looking online at the county website I am not listed on the DEED, Does that come into play while settling the issue?

Response: No. Since your name is ***** ***** the current deed, the Intestate Succession Statute would govern the division of the property. That means that you and your surviving sibling would have equal share to the property.
