I believe (and have proof) that my 78 YO mother was unduely

Customer Question

I believe (and have proof) that my 78 YO mother was unduely influenced which resulted in her excluding me from her well and likely her brokerage accounts as well (most of estate is in brokerage acts) and witnessed the main beneficiary, who also served as her POA and "undue influencer", have her euthanized with morphine when she woke up (miracle) 10 days after being in a coma. He should be charged with wrongful death or minimally with abuse of POA privilege and the will should be reverted back to its original version. What can I do? Please help.
