I have a travel trailer that belonged to my mother. She is deceased now but did not include the trailer in her will. How do I get title to the trailer?
JA: What state is this in? And how old is the mobile home?
Customer: Pennsylvania. Don't know exact age at least 25 years old
JA: Has anything been filed or reported?
Customer: No
JA: Anything else you want the lawyer to know before I connect you?
Customer: Her will was probated

No there were others delineated in the will but the trailer is on my property and has been for 20 years. The disposition of the trailer was not mentioned in the will.

The will often has a residual clause that covers who gets property not specifically given to anyone else. Hers should have that. If not, then divided between the children. Please let me know if that is acceptable and feel free to reply back and follow up
