Customer Question

My sister died intestate 9 years ago, she had an car that was given to another sister who failed to register the car. I now have possession of it but no paperwork except the bill of sale that my sister received when the auto was paid off. How do I go about registering the auto, having it inspected, or even selling it. Probate had 4 siblings listed and one has subsequently died.

I am going to opt out of this.Honestly I do not think you can fix all of this.Sister never had legal title. You would need to get that from the seller they could just title it to you.If you cannot find them then you are dead in the water here. But other experts may respond, thanks no need here to respond or rate.
