my mother was lied to and changed her will and left all to my daughter.
JA: Estate laws vary by state. What state are you in?
Customer: california
JA: What documents or supporting evidence do you have?
Customer: i have nothing except they never probated the will

Customer: just that it is common knowlege within the family and that my son in law has been trying to get this property since he met my daughter, and because of passing over me they lost the prop 13 tax breaks
