Since the house was brought in my parents name and remained that way even years after my mother's death. He was put into hospice in September2016) and the house did not go in the third wife's name until October 19 2016. Is that legal? I know he was talking pain meds at the end. Also if the will is contested would the third wife have to leave the premises until the pro bate has been ordered?
