Will asking you something, cost me? Ok, thanks. My Aunt

Customer Question

Will asking you something, cost me ?
JA: There is no charge to talk to me. But I'm not the Estate Lawyer.
Customer: Ok, thanks. My Aunt Geneva died Oct. 22, 2016. She was like a mother to me. She has 6 daughters, 5 in Wisconsin and oldest lives in Ark. We were all at the funeral in Clintonville, WI. Geneva's youngest daughter wants to know what was done with her mothers money. Is there a form or document we can get ?
JA: What documents or supporting evidence do you have?
Customer: I'm not sure , but one thing is a bank statement from one of 2 banks.
JA: Anything else you want the lawyer to know before I connect you?
Customer: The girls don't talk to each other much and there has been a lot of lies .
