If a designated beneficiary refuses a trust given by "power of appointments" will the trust revert to its original intention?
JA: Estate laws vary by state. What state are you in?
Customer: Massachusetts, but the very old trusts were written in California
JA: What documents or supporting evidence do you have?
Customer: I have the trusts, the wills, the will of the recently deceased, and his living trust.
