My wife and I want to remove 2 people from our will,

Customer Question

My wife and I want to remove 2 people from our will
JA: Estate laws vary by state. What state are you in?
Customer: California
JA: What documents or supporting evidence do you have?
Customer: Documents/Supporting evidence? None......We want to take them OFF of our will. Why should that be a problem?
JA: Anything else you want the lawyer to know before I connect you?
Customer: WE just want to exclude 2 people from our will and leave both of them $10

Hello and welcome! My name is ***** ***** I am a licensed attorney who will try my very best to help with your situation or get you to someone who can. There may be a slight delay in my responses as I research statutes or ordinances and type out an answer or reply, but rest assured, I am working on your question.

Are you asking how you would go about doing so?

Or did you have another question I can help with?
