I have been willed land and the original deed has my aunt

Customer Question

I have been willed land and the original deed has my aunt and uncle as joint tenants with rights of survivorship, my aunt died so the land was then owned by the survivor, my uncle. My aunt had a will and everything was left to her daughter but that did not mean the land because of how the deed was written or does it. I do not have the money or do I want to open up a can of worms, but was hoping to get my ducks in a row as these are step children and we don't know if she thinks the land is hers or not and I am afraid to even go there now that my uncle has died but I do have the will that states I have been left as executor.
