After my mother died in January of 2015, one sister, estate

Customer Question

After my mother died in January of 2015, one sister, estate representative, has moved in, not sure of exact date. We are battling over the sale over the house. Four daughters are in the will for the house and contents. This takes place in Massachusetts. Would we need to start eviction proceedings or is she tresspassing? She has no legal documents stating she can live in our house. Thank you.

Has the sister actually filed a probate case to be formally appointed as executor by a probate court judge?
