My aunt passed away last April my nana passed in may. My aunt lived with my nana but my mom's name is ***** ***** so mom inherited my nana home but my aunt's belonging are there and my other aunt is executed of my passed aunt's estate which there was her bank account and her little bit of belonging in the house. My mom is planning on renting the house next month but haven't heard back from my living aunt's lawyer about what to do with her belonging. There are problems in the family and we are not talking since my passed aunt passed. My passed aunt did not have a will so I wad wondering how long does probate last for a deceased that barely had any belonginh. What can be done with my passed aunt's belonging since we haven't heard from her lawyer in a few months.
