My parents had a revokable trust.They have passed away. My parents asked each grandchild if they would like to have their cottage. All eight grandchildren were pleased and said yes. Now there is a great divide and 3 want the deed transferred in order to force the sell of said cottage. Does the spirit of the gift take precedence?
