My sister has a filed living trust ans would like to remove

Customer Question

My sister has a filed living trust ans would like to remove a beneficiary and replace him with another person. Is this possible with a pen and ink change on an addendum page with a witness. My sister lives in Arizona but the living trust is registered in Nevada. Thank You for your help with this matter.

Hello
Expert:  Infolawyer replied 11 months ago.
It can be done with a separate rider-amendment. It should be executed in the same way as the trust, refer to the trust, and be dated. I wish you the best. I trust the answer has been helpful. kindly let me know. I tried to expedite your question. kindly click on a rating of OK or higher for the answer.
