I am on a act 150 waiver program. My spouse passed away and I got his insurance which I deposited in my checking account. I tried repeatedly to get off the program as now I had too much income. No one could find my account and the agency told me to stay with the program. Now 3 yrs later they realized they did not ask for my bank statements and want it. It. Will have the have the high balance. What will their legal action be?
