My mother died Feb 6, 2016. She had been receiving payments

Customer Question

My mother died Feb 6, 2016. She had been receiving payments from a Trust Under Will that her father, my grandfather, had set up under California law (he was one of the founders of Rancho Santa Fe). We four survivors who are inheritors of my grandfather's Will have been stalled and put off and mishandled by the bank involved with the Will, and it has been 131 days since our mother's death without being paid our inheritances. Isn't there a law in California that says there's a limit of 90 days for inheritances to be paid? Isn't the bank in violation of California Law? If so, what can we do to expedite the payment of our inheritance and possibly claim damages against the bank?
