WILL THE REPRESENTING LAWYER ALWAYS PROVIDE COPIES OF ALL

Customer Question

Hello:

Thank you for the additional question. The attorney is obligated to keep the client informed and should be providing copies of all filed documents and all documents received from the court.

It is worrysome that your attorney is not doing so. If the attorney is not being responsive to your requests for information that is a red flag.

You may want to contact another firm to take over this. The attorney is supposed to be working for you and you can fire him if you desire to. If you do so send the letter by certified mail and copy the court.

good luck.

Kind regards,

Gerald
