Thank you for using Just Answer. My condolences first of all, on your recent loss. So I can better assist you, I need some more information first, please. Did your husband leave any assets titled solely in his name, such as real estate or a bank account? Does he have any debts solely in his name, like medical bills or credit card bills? Did you file his will (if he had one ) with the court?
