I have a question about the Executor of my Fathers Will. He passed away April 15th and our stepmom is “contesting” something at the probate appearance. She has not been forthcoming with sharing information or details to my Father's three grown children, (we are beneficiaries). Is there a way for us to find out what she's contesting? Should we get a probate lawyer involved. My siblings and I just received our copies of the will this weekend (70 days since my Dad passed), she has not brought the Will up and when we asked she told us she has no idea what amount of money is coming to us.
