My husband and his sister are the executors of their father's will..he passed and we all live in Arizona. There is a home to sell, contents, bank accounts on which they are both signers DOD and a car. Do we have to open probate? Thank you

You need to open probate to the extent assets do not have co owners or list beneficiaries on the asset. House titled with someone else passes to them directly. bank account likewise, or where name beneiciary on account.
