Good afternoon. My name is ***** ***** I look forward to helping you. Can you provide me just a bit more information? Who was named as the beneficiary of the IRA? And, with regard to the trust agreement, what does it say about when distributions can be made to the brother who is the beneficiary of that trust? Thanks.
